I don't just design content.
I engineer trust at the intersection of language, product, and human behavior.

I'm a Content Design Manager at Meta with over a decade of experience shaping how billions of people experience the most consequential digital moments of their lives: elections, financial access, racial justice, youth safety.

My work lives at the intersection of strategy and execution. I embed deeply with engineering, legal, policy, and research teams to build products that don't just convert. They protect, include, and inspire action.

Outside of Meta, I'm the founder of The Woom, a medical tourism marketplace applying everything I've learned building trust at Meta to the space that needs it most.

The Operator

Content Design Manager · Meta

5+ years leading content design at one of the world's most complex products. I translate ambiguous regulatory, ethical, and product problems into clear, scalable language systems. My teams ship faster, my products test better, and my frameworks outlast any single cycle.

The Visionary

Founder · The Woom

Building a social proof marketplace for medical tourism where patients find trusted providers abroad through verified reviews, real content, and community intelligence. Real Self meets TikTok. The trust layer global healthcare has been missing.

Results speak.
Here are the receipts.

Meta · Equity · Juneteenth Campaign

$12M+ Raised for Racial Justice in 8 Hours

50,000 fundraisers launched in under 8 hours, not because of luck, but because the content architecture made trust possible under impossible conditions. I built the framework that balanced racial justice context, platform risk, and donor psychology without once being performative. The terminology system I created outlasted the campaign and became a reference standard across product and brand.

Registering 4.5M Voters Without Suppressing a Single One

4.5 million registrations don't happen without airtight content logic behind every send. I owned the operational framework for 60+ promotions across 50 states, solving for legal accuracy, fairness, and promotion fatigue simultaneously. Content led design, not the other way around. The tool I built to manage it became the global standard for every major election Meta ran after.

Meta · Equity · Small Business Funding

$26M in Loan Applications for Marginalized Founders

$26M flowed through a product I named, scoped, and wrote from the ground up. The challenge: reach underinvested business owners without othering them. The solution: apply Targeted Universalism, centering language on outcomes, not identity. It worked. 60% of applicants identified as women. 43% as Black. The approach set a new internal standard for how equitable financial products get built.

20% More Accurate Age Collection Under Regulatory Fire

While legislators were circling, I was already shipping. I delivered 22+ rapid-response content solutions to emerging youth safety laws and co-designed age assurance systems that moved accuracy 20% in a single half, protecting real teenagers in real time while keeping the product compliant across every jurisdiction we operated in.

The First Product Equity Summit Across Big Tech

Convened and led the first-ever Product Equity Summit, bringing Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snap to the table to build shared language standards across the industry. Not a panel. Not a conference talk. A working session that moved the needle on how five major tech companies think and talk about equity in product.

Inclusive Language as Curriculum at UC Berkeley

Partnered with UC Berkeley to co-design and lead a workshop on inclusive language as part of their Equitable Language Certificate program. The frameworks became formal curriculum, taken by professionals across industries learning to apply equity principles to language and product. This is what it looks like when practitioner knowledge becomes institutional knowledge.

The Woom:
Where patients
find their people.

Medical tourism is a $100B+ industry built on blind trust. Patients are flying across borders for rhinoplasties, IVF, and weight loss surgery, choosing providers from outdated directories and word-of-mouth WhatsApp groups. The Woom changes that.

Think Real Self meets TikTok: a social proof marketplace where verified patient journeys, real video reviews, and provider transparency convert curiosity into booked appointments. Nearly two decades across tech, communications, product, and business taught me that trust is the most underbuilt layer in any marketplace. The Woom is where that conviction becomes a company.

📱

Social-First Discovery

Patients browse real video journeys before booking, not stock photos. TikTok-style content builds trust that no directory can replicate.

Verified Providers

Providers claim, verify, and manage their reputation. Credentialing and patient reviews in one place.

🌍

Global Reach

Built for a borderless patient, connecting US, UK, and global patients to top-tier providers in Turkey, Mexico, Colombia, and beyond.

💬

Community Intelligence

Forums, Q&A, and patient-to-patient connection, the trust layer that transforms a marketplace into a community.

I don't just work alongside AI.
I design with it.

From prompt architecture to bias mitigation frameworks. My work at Meta put AI literacy at the center of content design practice before it was a job title.

01

Prompt Engineering for Equity

Developing an ebook on structuring prompts to mitigate bias in AI outputs, built from years of inclusive language work at scale across Meta's product surface.

02

Content Systems and LLMs

Leading content design for age assurance and AI-adjacent product spaces at Meta, including terminology frameworks that inform how AI-generated content is governed and reviewed.

03

Agentic Product Architecture

Building The Woom with AI-native flows: smart onboarding, provider matching logic, and trust signals that evolve through user interaction, not just static ratings.
